Spice Trio - Sweet

    • Cinnamon Myrtle: Wonderful in both savoury and sweet dishes. Can be used in place of regular cinnamon in cakes, biscuits, curries and stews, or you can use it to make a herbal tea, and mix it with a smoothie.
    • Strawberry Gum: Sweet with a fragrant strawberry smell and fruity undertones, mix this into cake batter or icing, lovely in jams, or you can use it to make a herbal tea or an amazing fruit smoothie.
    • Lemon Myrtle: A fresh aroma of citrus, with delicate menthol essence and a strong lemon flavour. Use this instead of lemongrass in Thai curries, as a substitute for preserved lemon, add it to a herbal tea, or mix it with a smoothie.
