How to use
One full jar will make a curry for 4-6 people. All of our curry pastes are vegan. If using the whole jar, combine with 400ml of coconut cream and 600g of protein and 400g of vegetables.
Lemon Myrtle Green Curry - this aromatic Thai style curry is best prepared with white meats, fish or vegetables (kaffir lime leaves,lemon myrtle, fish leaf, green chillies,lemongrass, garlic, shallots, ginger,coriander seeds, cumin seeds).
Wattleseed Massaman - this mild Thai curry is best prepared with robust red meats such as beef and lamb (wattleseeds, dried chillies, shallots, galangal, coriander root, coriander seeds, star anise, bay leaves, cumin seeds, lemon myrtle, kaffir lime leaves, garlic)
